- Inspections of rental properties are allowed no more once every 4 weeks
- It’s important to know what your insurance company requires. The policy may stipulate how often inspections must be completed, or may state something that a claim may be declined if regular inspections are not carried out.
- In most cases inspections every three months are sufficient, however let tenants know they can make contact at any time if they are concerned about a maintenance or repair issue.
