  2. Local amenities such as shops and parks
  3. Good schools close by
  4. Handy to public transport
  5. Heatpump/Airconditioning, High efficiency log fire, HRV- type systems
  6. Light and sunny home with northerly aspect
  7. Fully insulated
  8. Double glazed
  9. Quality lined curtains, neutral colours
  10. Tidy and exceptionally clean
  11. Second bathroom or if not possible at least a separate toilet
  12. Upgraded features such as bathroom fittings and kitchen stove
  13. Plenty of storage space including garaging and sheds (for kids bikes etc)
  14. Outdoor entertaining area
  15. Secure covered parking
  16. Fibre connected
  17. Pet friendly
  18. Low maintenance and easy care
  19. Private fenced outdoor area
  20. New build or freshly renovated with contemporary decor
